Early childhood care 

In South Tyrol there are a number of possibilities for arranging childcare outside of the family for children between 3 months and the end of their fourth year as long as they do not yet attend kindergarten: Childminders (Tagesmutter), daycare centers (Kindertagesstätte), day nursery (Kinderhort). Ask in your municipality about what is available locally.
